Who controls your information
CryptoGranma365™ is the operator and data controller for information collected directly through this service. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent through the Contact page.
Information we collect
We may collect your email address, account identifiers, authentication status, learning progress, saved notes, simulated portfolio activity, support messages, email preferences, limited technical and security logs, and consent-respecting counts of visits to public pages.

Why we use it
We use account data to provide the service, keep it secure, remember your preferences, answer support requests, deliver opted-in educational email, and improve reliability. Depending on the activity and your location, our legal basis may be performance of a contract, legitimate interests in security and service operation, compliance with law, or your consent.
Service providers and transfers
Approved providers may process limited information on our behalf, including Netlify for hosting and authentication and Kit for newsletters and Pro subscription checkout, with Kit’s Stripe payment flow for card processing. We verify purchases in Kit to activate Pro access manually. Card details are entered on Kit’s checkout, not on CryptoGranma365™. Providers must use information only for the contracted service. Some providers may process data outside your country; where required, appropriate transfer safeguards should be used. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We use access controls, encrypted connections, least-privilege service access, and server-side secrets, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and European rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. Depending on your location, including the EU/EEA, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal data, and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We may verify identity before completing a request.
Children and changes
CryptoGranma365™ is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. We will update the date above when this policy changes materially.
